Do you know if you able to update the shipping method once the label is created? Say a customer calls to upgrade to FedEx overnight but originally selected Express Saver but the label has already been printed. Is it possible to update that same tracking number and reprint the label showing overnight?

Right now we just cancel the label and make a new one but we seem to be doing that a lot recently. The customers then get a cancellation email and seem to get confused.

We do not have a way to update the shipment once the label is created. The procedure you're doing now is the "correct" method with ShipRush.

The "Clone Shipment" from shipping history is best for this.

The user still gets a cancellation email. There isn't much we can do about that.
