View Full Version : V4 not connecting to Fedex

When the SHIP button is hit, the confirmation page comes up but all of the values are set to 0 and $0 values. No tracking number is provided and no shipping label is printed out. WE have to restart SR to get it to work again, is this a bug?

We are experiencing this problem too but only with Air Express shipments not Ground or Home Delivery. I think one of the other threads notes that it is a known issue, i.e., bug.

This is a bug.

To resolve, just exit ShipRush and restart it.

We have to figure out how to consistently repro it and will fix it.

This problem exists with International shipping as well.
