In the shipment window for an individual shipment, I get the following error when I press "Ship"

"FedEx Server returned: "The FTR Exemption or AES Citation you provided is no valid for SED". [ship:2208]"

In the ship window in the International area I have the "FTR Exemption" radio button set and the value set to NO EEI 30.37(a).
I have a screen shot, but there does not appear to be an image upload feature on this forum.

Update: It works for the UK & Australia, but the error occurs when I attempt a shipment destined for Canada

Canada shipments should have the FTR set to NO EEI 30.36

Thanks, that fixed the issue. However, we had created a template to auto-fill the FTR Exemption to NO EEI 30.37(a). Now we must manually process each of the Canada orders changing the value to NO EEI 30.36. Is there anyway to automate this?

Are you talking about in the Bulk area?

Today is our first day actually printing labels. So we have been doing one by one and changing the FTR value. However, ultimately we would want to drop them all in the bulk area and press "ship".

At the moment, there isn't a way to have the Bulk INTL shipments set with the FTR correctly. I've raised Case 29550 to look into that and see if we can make the Bulk behave better in this regard.

Please check back in a week or so to check in for status.

The next update to ShipRush will have this issue resolved for Bulk Shipping and the FTR Exemption. Will be in builds .48055 and higher.

Thank you,
