trying to open ship rush and received error message that the database does not match ship rush version and prompting to update shiprush so updated ship rush and it updated and while updating got this error message.

DBISAM Engine Error # 11013 Access denied to table or backup file 'Account'
SQL: create index sr_Account_Carrier on Account( Carrier )

ShipRush on a single machine, or multiple machines with a networked database?

Have you tried to reboot the PC? Maybe also disable any anti-virus during this upgrade process.

I am trying to update on my main pc right now. I have rebooted and disabled the anti-virus. Still not working, My shipping is critical today, help

The easiest way to resolve this is to give a call into Customer Service and ask for a senior support representative. We'll want to remote into your system with you to get your database updated and you back up and shipping. Please call 206.812.7874

We got the environment back up and running with a remote. Had to update SR on the workstations and we reset the db paths from one of the workstations so that it was using the network db locations used by the other workstations.
