Hi,
We are having a problem with the new v4 system.
We tried to send a FedEx package 2day with third party billing. Once we chose third party, we entered the 3rd party shipper name into the account box. However, when we clicked Ship, we got a message saying that there was no address or something for the third party, yet there is nowhere to put this information like there is for v3 UPS. Did the programmers forget to put this piece in or can we just not figure it out?
The second and third time we tried 3rd party billing with this same customer/label, we clicked Ship and it acted like it went through - a dialogue box came up as usual, but it didn't have a tracking number or an amount and nothing printed.
