Hi,

I set up ShipRush for FedEx on Quickbooks PRO 2003.

It will not populate the shipping label with the customer's phone #.

I have the program settings set in "hybrid" - retreive info from invoice - but I also tried setting it to retreive from the QuickBooks customer job list.

Neither is working.

The other issue is that the company name is not pre-populating into the shipping label either.

I am assuming these are set up issues - but I can't figure out how to make it work. I need these 2 areas to function in order to purchase the product.

I started the demo version today.

If SR is not pulling the email and phone, I would suspect that the Integration is not working in QB.

How to resolve:
-Switch to Single User Mode as the Admin user in QuickBooks
(other QuickBooks users will need to exit so this step can be done.)

-Go into Edit | Preferences in QB
-Delete any ShipRush if listed in there
-Close the Integrated Applications window

-Launch ShipRush

-You should be prompted to add to the list of Integrated Applications
- Choose Yes always

-If you are not prompted, try to process a shipment
- Process a few shipments, allow integration at any prompt (may ask two times)

After SR is listed, you can then switch back to multi-user mode and it should work.
