Trying to send a package via FedEx. I have received an error message that states:
(FedEx server returned: "Destination postal code missing or invalid.". [crs:521]

The crazy thing is I have shipped to this address before. Nothing is different, address verification came back good, and I have verified all information with the buyer. Any suggestions as to why this is happening?

I have tried to turn off validation, that did not work. I have removed the extended zipcode, that did not work.

Shipped it via SmartPost because that worked. FedEx Ground is the one service I tried and continued to get the error message.

Thank you for the address. I see the issue here and have asked development to report this to FedEx.

We reviewed the zipcode in question, and it appears to be mailbox service (please see screenshot of the zipcode lookup from USPS.com). FedEx cannot do Ground or Express to this destination, only SmartPost.
