I noticed yesterday that ship rush hangs when verifying the address. Now it does not show if an address is correct, it if is residential or ground, nothing. (No green or red box around the address) I have changed settings from robust to strict and back, I have reset the program, and restarted my computer, but nothing seems to be working. Also, when I do print a label, it takes a long time to print like it is having trouble communicating with the server before printing.

It could have been an issue with the FedEx servers. I do not see the issue here in my testing. Does the issue persist this morning?

FedEx has confirmed that they are experiencing issues with address verification.
