View Full Version : Some CA orders not showing in ShipRush

I have a handful of orders from Channel Advisor that are not showing in ShipRush. It seems as though they are from a certain time block. I contacted CA and they told me to contact ShipRush to see if there are any issues with our orders. Any help would be great

Examples: #11855331, #11855309, #105-5618107-4509042, #002-0209888-1806668. These are not the only ones but a few.

They appear in your My.SR environment. Please do the following in ShipRush Order Manager

Settings | Handling Orders
Click on Reset Refresh Timer
OK out of the settings

Do a refresh in Order Manager. Please also make sure that your Date Range to view is set to at least today and yesterday.
