Hi Scott,

We are still having issues with third party billing. We can now enter an account #, however, it does not allow us to type in a company name, address, etc...So, when you go to pull a 3rd party account from the database (instead of typing the account info. in every time), a list appears showing account #'s only; no name or any other identifying characteristics so you will know which account # to use.

The other problem, and it does this in v3 UPS as well, is that each time you use an account, it adds it to the database, so the list keeps getting longer with all the same accounts.

Please check to see if this can be corrected. It is very difficult to use.

Thank you,
Karen

I'm experiencing the same problem with the list of third party billings getting very long.

Is there any way to delete some of them?

Thanks,

Does not currently have a way to remove items from the 3rd party billing. I will pass that along to development as a possible suggestion for a way to remove that data, or edit it.

Thank you,

This has been passed to engineering to work out for a future version.
