View Full Version : Phone # field working / then not working

Hi, I'm running the demo version of ShipRush and I did the thing where it asks for permissions to work on Quickbooks, which enabled the phone # field to be populated along with the company name.

However ... something weird is happening now, where if I fill out one shipping label, it populates it with the phone #, but then when I go to any other labels, it does not populate the phone # or company info (almost like it reverts back to not having permission).

So that it only works on the first label that I generate, but not on any proceeding ones.

When I close ShipRush and re-launch it, it works again, for just the one invoice again, and I'm back where I started.

Please help. We need this to work before purchasing the full version.

Log back into QB in Single User mode, as the Admin
Process at least two shipments
Allow integration on the second shipment

Switch back to multi-user mode and all should be fine.
