View Full Version : Service Mapping not reaching OrderManager

I noticed a total price for a product seemed very high today. When I reviewed the order on my.shiprush.com I found that the buyer had paid for USPS Priority mail but OrderManager was either not aware of that or failed to match the service. I already have USPS Priority mapped to a service in OrderManager.

I will have to PM or email additional information if that link won't work, as there doesn't seem to be anything else I can use that wouldn't be giving my customers personal information away on a public facing forum.

I noticed on the order on my.shiprush.com that near the top it shows USPS Priority but then at the bottom under details it reads ShippingMethodStandard

Can I ask that you call in to the ShipRush support team on Monday to discuss?

I think this will take more than I know how to do on a forum.

Could I send an email to support at shiprush instead of a phone call? Would be easier on my end in our cell reception black-hole.
