I received your email on telling me how to change my settings and check other working installations. The settings on the other computers were the same as the one we are having problems with. The email notification still doesn't work but the setting are all the same. Can you please help ASAP!

There isn't much else to check.

Once you verify that the settings are correct, log into QB as a different user, or possibly in Single User Mode on the machine that you're having issues at as then see if ShipRush is able to pull the email address. Does it pull the phone #?

Have you also checked the settings in ShipRush itself for email notification? It may be turned off on the PC in question. Settings | Shipping Settings | Shipper Account | Notifications. See if the Auto email notification is checked. That may be the issue.
