View Full Version : ShipRush and Volusion having problems marking orders as shipped

ShipRush is pulling the orders down from my volusion store without any problems, it is when we process the orders and mark as shipped in shiprush. Shiprush is not communicating back to my volusion store letting it know the orders have been shipped.
Any ideas why? Do I need to repair my database? Any help would be greatly appreciated

Happening with both Volusion stores you have, or specific to one webstore?

Could you check order 17095? I ran a test on that order, and all appears well in the land of communicating with Volusion.

Yes, all appears to be working fine now. Looks like we had a few days where it was not working correctly but we just went in and manually updated the status of the shipments.
