Couple of things to try:

Verify that IE works (we use the same communication in Windows that IE does)
Go into Settings | Shipping Settings | Advanced
Click on Internet Connection and then Configure
Switch to Compatible
OK out of settings
Try again

IE works fine. In shiprush settings Internet Connection test is ok(Windows). When we switch to Compatible and press Test, test is ok. Then when we press ok. And open again Internet Connection There is still selected "Windows". If we refresh by F5 the order list we will get again the error with my.shiprush

One last question as we investigate this issue, what part of the country are you located in? East coast by any chance?

Also, to try and change the inet connection setting, fully exit ShipRush then do a right click | run as admin on the icon you use to start ShipRush.

Thank you,

We tried run Shiprush as Admin, then changed Internet Connection to Compatible and got this:

ERROR: My.ShipRush does not respond. Please check your Internet connection and try again later.
Socket Error # 10054
Connection reset by peer.. Unable to POST to "https://api.my.shiprush.com/shipmentservice.svc/shipments/add" (Compatible)

Thank you for the update. We are looking into this issue, Case 40071. So far it appears to only impact two sites, both on the east coast (why I was asking for location).
