View Full Version : Problems with Pricing and viewing shipments

The first problem that I had today was with the pricing. For a standard 1 or 2 lb shipment, it's saying that my total is in the hundreds.

I updated to your most recent version shortly after I noticed this problem. After which I was not able to view shipments. It keeps giving me the error that I provided in the screen shot.

Any help would be much appreciated.

The pricing is an issue that FedEx is dealing with. They hope to have it resolved soon.

The other item (error message on screen) may have something to do with updating. What build of ShipRush FedEx v4 are you currently running?

I just updated to build

Everything seems to be working fine right now. The pricing seems to be correct and I'm able to view shipments.

The only thing that I see out of the ordinary is that the contents in the help menu is grayed out, so I'm not able to access it. It's obviously not a priority, but do you know why that would happen?

Glitch in the code. Should be resolved in the next release.

The help file at zfirm.com can fill in until the next update to ShipRush...
