View Full Version : Amazon bad developer number

Per an email I just received I logged on to myshiprush to update my amazon token...I followed the steps down to editing my amazon store and clicking to update my token.

I get the Amazon login screen and logged in. Then I am hit with this-
1895

Is this an issue with my MWS or your developer number?

Thank you for the report!

We believe this is benign, but are investigating under ZF Case 45406.

We should have an update in the morning.

We do not have a concrete answer to this error. Are you getting this error as well when you click on Update Web Store Access?

Yes, I'm getting the same error. As you mentioned it seems that nothing is affected. All the Amazon orders are coming through and tracking is being uploaded.

Please attempt to do the steps one additional time. I've turned on additional logging on your account to try and see the whole issue with the Amazon servers.

Please post back once you've done the process again and got the error.

We are chasing this error with Amazon. For the time being you should be fine as Amazon didn't roll their update out on the scheduled date.

FYI...just tried it again and still got the same error.
