View Full Version : Close day/Print SCAN form not working

Since yesterday, we're having issues closing the day and printing the SCAN form for USPS. This feature was working fine as of last week, but suddenly now we're getting an error every time now stating: "Close Day was run, but no documents were generated. (Perhaps there are no eligible shipments?)"

We are aware of this issue and are chasing on Case 46495. We will alert you when this has been fixed.

In the meantime you can log into your Endicia account on their website and print the SCAN form.

This does not appear to be working for us through my.shiprush.com
We still get "Close Day was run, but no documents were generated. (Perhaps there are no eligible shipments?)"

Can this be done at anytime of day?

Yes you should be able to do the Close Day\SCAN at anytime of the day.

Looking at your account, it appears that the shipments that you did today, is actually stamped with a Ship Date of tomorrow, so will not be part of today's SCAN form. You should be able to do a SCAN form tomorrow for those shipments.

I see, the ship date was messing it up. Ok, makes sense and it works now when the ship date on the transactions are from today.
