View Full Version : USPS showing funky rate that is too low, and doesn't display weight in the label

Says Cubic .20 Zone 7, which is going to be returned by the post office or sent to recipient with additional postage required.

Normally labels should say something like "6 lb priority mail rate, zone 7" or something like that.

It was quoted at $6.74 on Web and $13.62 on standalone.

Nevermind, looks like this is something called Cubic pricing, which is apparently better and cheaper. There's a thread on Etsy regarding USPS returning these back to sellers or charging recipients more, but that was 2 years ago. Hopefully they've caught up to this.

It was my error, the rate is actually correct because it is Cubic pricing instead of regular weight based pricing. You can delete this.

You must have used dimensions on the shipment in ShipRush Web but didn't enter those same dimensions into the desktop version.

Yep. That's what caused the difference. It showed up the same in desktop version once I put dimensions in.
