We have an end-user saying that ship rush web intermittently prints two copies of the shipping label. They're usually shipping via Fedex, Home Delivery. Is there any setting I can check? How can I troubleshoot this?

There are several ways printing can be set up. Can you tell us more about their setup (and confirm they have seen the issue in the past 7 days) ?

To chase, we would need:

- Details of their config
- Specific tracking numbers that have duped
- pictures of the dupe labels

That on seems to have the same problem.

I emailed the images to support@shiprush.com on Monday the 20th. Just checking to see if they made it through. Any ideas on why we're getting duplicate tags?

It happened again Tuesday morning as well.

Please restart their toolkit and then go to Help | About
Run until you see the issue
Go to View | Logs
Email that log to support at shiprush dot com

Ok, we had a duplicate tag print for FedEx Thursday morning, so we emailed the zipped log and tracking

OK, back to basics.

Can you please post:

1) Make and model of printer
2) How printer is connected
3) Print the configuration page from the printer (that is a 1-flash on a ZP450 and most ZPs). Look at:

Firmware
Hardware ID

and please post those values
