Hi, for PDF printing, is it possible to have the tracking number as part of the file name? The desktop version does that now. Here are some sample file names:

Web file name: Aug26_015449.pdf
Desktop file name: ShipRush-v10+ FedEx Label for 235531215144343.pdf

Thanks

We are already working on adding this feature so you can control the PDF filename, Case 44302

Thank you,

ZF Case 44302

Good news and bad news.

The good news is that it has had a full cycle of work, and has been touched by the relevant folks.

The bad news is that it has not been built yet. The engineer was concerned that the spec (as it is written up here) might not meet your actual needs.

I will ask the support team to please add more detail to get this to a place where it can get built.

If you need an immediate solve, perhaps cutepdf or one of the print to pdf tools out there will give you enough naming control. Then use ShipRush Web and print to cutepdf/tool.

We apologize this is still open.

OK, thanks. We use cutepdf on the desktop version now. Will try it on Web and see how it works. Also, would be great to get the same result from a Mac.

Thanks

On Mac, look for a pdf tool similar to cutepdf that gives that control (apologies, don't know any off the top)
