I downloaded a demo version of Shiprush for Fedex to use with QuickBooks Enterprise. I want to use it instead of the QuickBooks Shipping Manager so that I can do international shipments, I can run it from two computers, and I can print to a thermal printer.
I got an error message when I tried to run Shiprush and when I spoke to zFirm tech support, the person said I should reinstall QuickBooks. In the meantime, my Shiprush demo has expired. How do I activate it again so that I can try to get it working with QuickBooks and do I really need to reinstall QuickBooks on both computers?

It is not clear from your post: Have you purchased ShipRush ?

If not, the only solution to a 'demo expired' situation is to purchase....

(If you have 2 pc's, and have only used the demo on one of them, you could install on the other PC.)

The problem is that I couldn't get the demo to work with QuickBooks Enterprise 2005. I don't want to make a purchase unless I know it works. Therefore I would like to activate the demo again and then troubleshoot it - unless you are absolutely sure you can get it functional if I do make the purchase.

We do know that ShipRush does work with QuickBooks.
