View Full Version : Error when trying to ship in my.shiprush.com

I was shipping just fine this morning and then all of a sudden all my orders that need to be shipped are now saying "Source array was not long enough. Check srcIndex and length, and the array's lower bounds." I can not ship any of my orders. I have tried to log out and log back in, but that hasn't helped.

Do you get this doing ShipRush Discount Postage (Endicia) only, or other carriers? Do you get the error rating, or just during shipment?

We are getting the same error on the "ready to ship" page and when trying to ship with USPS Endicia (SR Discount postage)

We see the issue on your Ready to Ship orders. Are you also getting this error when you try and process a shipment too?

Please log out of My.ShipRush.com and log back in. The error message should clear. Appears there was a problem with some data that ShipRush Web sent to your browser and that caused an issue with the cached information.

The error should self clear in 10 to 15 minutes.

I logged in out, waited, cleared cache, still having same issue

Same issue here. Tried logging out/back in, shut down browser, still showing error. Oddly enough, we are fine on one of our computers in our shipping department. It's the only one that's in the clear. All the others are showing the error. I'm unable to ship, rate, or process return labels using our USPS account.
