View Full Version : SCAN form for USPS does not print

Having problems printing the USPS SCAN form at end of day. Form is generating on the back end (verified by logging into our Endicia account and viewing SCAN form history), but the form isn't printing like normal. Started having this issue on Friday (2/5). For now, we're going into the Endicia account and manually printing it that way. It's just not showing on screen allowing you to print from within SR web once the "Close shipping day" is pressed.

Afternoon James. We are chasing a SCAN form issue, Case 49697. Do you get a message like this:

Close Day was run, but no documents were generated. (Perhaps there are no eligible shipments?

Yes, you are correct, the message does show on screen like that. I am showing on the Endicia side though, that it does look like it's generating the form apparently.

Could you try out the SCAN form today and let us know the results? We rolled a fix last night and this should be resolved.
