Having issues on MyShiprush, and standalone SR software. Unable to get any rate quotes. Can manually select carrier/shipment type, but since rating is down, no final prices displaying on receipt.

Actually, just started working again. Rates are showing up, for all carriers when we check. I will keep an eye on it, and if it goes down again, I'll give you a call.

We opened this issue with FedEx. This is what we were told:

Currently there are sporadic issues that are occurring as we prepare for the July Corporate Load of FedEx Web Services to take place on July 16th. According to our development team these errors should be resolved after the load is complete.
