View Full Version : Fedex return call tag missing options

I'm getting an error message when trying to do a FedEx return call tag to a commercial address (via Ground service). When trying to process call tag, system responds:

Message from the FedEx Server: Business close time does not contain a time between 08:00am and 06:00pm [ship:3943] Invalid pickup time for Express FedEx Tag. Please modify your Ready Time and Latest Pickup Time based on what is available for your pickup location. To determine the appropriate time frame for your location, please call the FedEx Customer Service team at 1-800-463-3339. (Native: Invalid ready date time for commercial pickup [ship:3939])

I'm not seeing any option on the My.Shiprush site allowing me to enter business hours for the call tag pickup. Not sure if maybe this option was overlooked during development?

I see the error here. We are investigating, Case 52813. We will update this thread once we have a solution.

The issue reported above has been resolved and the fix rolled out to the website and is now live.
