We are moving over from the desktop versions to ShipRush Web...so far we are very happy and it looks to fit into our work flow perfectly.
One question/problem:
It seems that we need to re-boot the computer everyday in order to print labels from ShipRush web. The connection between the computer and the printer seems to be lost overnight. When we are done shipping for the day, we close the shipping day and log off of ShipRush web. Next morning, when we log in, the labels do not print until we close all programs and go through a full re-boot.
Any settings that we might be missing? All other web based programs can "find" the local printers or network printers without a re-boot. The ZP505 is operating normally from the Windows Control Panel - printing a test page with no problem before we re-boot. Just ShipRush web looses it's printer connection.

That is the ShipRush Web Toolkit giving you the issue. It is losing the connection. You don't have to reboot, restarting the desktop toolkit will solve. (We are working on this one, but it is slow going)

It will be the green icon in the system tray. Exit, and then restart it and your labels should print without issue.

The reboot is one way.
Restarting the desktop toolkit is another. (Just exit it and restart it)

A couple of sites set up a scheduled task to kill the toolkit and restart it.

We are working on solving it in toolkit itself.
