Good Afternoon,

While in Shiprush Web, when I click the New Shipment button a few fields automatically populate. In the "TO" fields for the phone number, our store phone number is appearing automatically. Why isn't this blank? Also, the state is defaulting to AK. Why isn't this blank as well?

For the phone #, you may have ShipRush configured to use your default phone # if a phone # is missing. Settings | Carrier Account | Shipment Defaults. Remove your phone # from the phone field.

State defaults to AK. How is this impacting the workflow?
