Hi Scott,

FedEx v4 was working fine before the last or second to last build (we have all 4 builds downloaded now)...but now when we go to Payment and choose third party, we get this message error when we click on the magnifying glass to the right to choose a third party account #:

---------------------------
Shiprush4

DB Engine Error # 11949 SQL error - 'Unknown or unexpected symbol ')' found in WHERE clause'

SQL: SELECT AddressSegment.ID, AddressSegment.HYPE FROM AddressSegment WHERE (address in ()) ORDER BY id desc

And you have prior data in the Third Party area (used it before), correct?

If so, I will need to replicate and report to development.

Please stand by,

Have tried to replicate here.

What is the current build of ShipRush that you are using?

We do have the latest build available as discussed here:

Hi Scott,

For some reason, I did not get a notification of your replies.

We did all 4 of the pre-release builds. Currently, the version that we have is: 4.0.0.996. I have no idea which build that is.

I tried the link you provided, but it didn't bring me anywhere really...

The new build of v4 FedEx has been released. You can download that at:

http://www.zfirm.com/downloads/assets/products/ShipRush_v4_FedEx.exe

That is build 1002.

We all tried this link from our computers and it isn't working.

Afternoon Karen,
Not sure what the issue is there then.

Can you highlight this address and just paste it in (instead of clicking it as a link):
www.zfirm.com/downloads/assets/products/ShipRush_v4_FedEx.exe

Otherwise go to www.zfirm.com | Mouse over Download | Updates
Choose ShipRush FedEx v4 and go from there

Great. The www.zfirm.com route can't fail. I will let you know if that does not work for some reason.

Thanks Scott.
