We would like to be able to print accented characters for shipping labels on the Zebra label printer.

When any accented character is entered, it shows up properly on the screen. But, when the label is printed the character shows up as a two unrelated symbols/characters.

We're using a Zebra GK420d with factory default settings. Looking at the text sent to the printer, it seems like the accented character gets "mangled" before being sent to the printer.

Examples include common accented characters like ? and ?.

Is there a way we can print these characters to the labels?

Thanks,

Here's an image of the characters that got replaced with a question mark.

There shouldn't be any accented characters used for a shipping label. Most carriers do not support them.
