Got a email yesterday saying card was declined. My old card was compromised back in June. I have done updated the info and still get the declined email. Works fine purchasing more postage so have no idea. Replied to the decline email yesterday with no response. Invoice 34861

There are two places to update the CC info in ShipRush. In ShipRush Web, go into settings and then click on Billing - Subscription. There you will see the error and a link to update your billing info. Once you do that, you should no longer receive the error.

I have updated it here, twice in fact. When I click the link it shows the correct last 4 of the CC and billing address. So I have no idea why it is not working.
