View Full Version : Rate system down?

We seem to be having difficulty rating or shipping orders on both SR Web and SR Desktop this morning. When attempting to estimate rates, it just spins and then times out. When trying to ship after selecting a carrier and shipping method, we get an error that SR cannot obtain rates at this time, and the label does not print.

Any ideas?

Yes...there's an issue with the postal servers we work with. We are working with them to resolve. Should be fixed shortly.

Was leaving for vacation when shipping is done, and of course this happens! Lol. Stupid eclipse!

same issue for us. In Texas been at work almost 4 hours 0 labels printed and pick up is in 1 hour. Good times ;)

I think it's the post office's fault, not Shiprush's. Their tracking system is down too.

Same issue here... I got one thing printed somehow but can't get anything else printed.

It was up for a while but isn't working again. Is this an issue with USPS servers?

Yes, I believe so as USPS tracking is also down.

System seemed to come back up for us here between 3:30-4:00 EST. As far as we can tell, all is working again here.

Sorry for the issue today. We ended up having multiple server issues with our postal providers. The system should be back up and running, with possibly some slight hiccups as everything is put back together.
