My shiprush ups basic is crashed. I try to reinstall it into my system, but two issue here
1>it did not ask me to install basic or pro
2> when it comes to activate a ups account, after i input correct invoice information, system give me error message as "cannot initial ups communication API error#80049d6d"

Cancel out of the setup
Make sure ShipRush is fully closed

Check the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush vX\Installation\ or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW3232Node\Z-Firm LLC\ShipRush vX\Installation\
Value: UPSProInstalled
Should be: N

Adjust as needed
Restart ShipRush and see if the behavior is different

after I did that, get another information

Fully exit ShipRush again. Be sure to have your license # copied before you start ShipRush. Does that allow you to progress?

Also, does the license you're using end in 9t3U or a different value? It looks like your production licenses for ShipRush are UPS Pro, not UPS Basic. You may want to reach out to our Sales Group via phone at 206.812.7874 and verify your license requirements.

we are using JQO6 as license, but during installation, it did not give me a chance to input it.

I already install shiprush fedex with this license.

That license only has support for UPS Pro, so it doesn't matter if it asks to enter the license at this stage. We will reach out to you via email for additional information.
