I log in to my.shiprush to find an message saying my trial is over and I need to register.

The thing is I have been paying for My.Shiprush.com services for a while now.

Why am I getting this message. I have a bill that shows a $29.99 charge for the dates: May 27 - Jun 27, 2018

Please let me know how to fix.

I've been waiting on the phone for 15 min with no answer.

We had updated a part of our code that caused this error. You should now be able to log into your account as normal.
