View Full Version : Shiprush v4 won't update Tracking #'s!

I recently installed Shiprush v4, and now I can't get Shiprush to update the shipping/tracking info to POS. It will pull all the info from the database, but will not mark the transation as shipped, nor will it log the tracking number.
Please help!

Close POS and ShipRush and relaunch both. Does the issue persist?

Have you updated POS (applied a service pack)?

Closed both, no change..... I haven't applied a Service pack since 2, and that was a few months ago. I'm not sure what's going on, but I did recently upgrade from v2, and that's when my problems started.
Any help you have would be greatly appreciated.

What build of ShipRush fedEx v4 are you running (Help | About)?

Are you shipping from Ctrl-Shift-F8?

If so, development is working on this issue, and should have an update available shortly.

We are using build 4.0.0.1018, and we are shipping from Ctrl-Shift-F8. Right now, we are marking the order "processed" manually, and copy/pasting the tracking number. It is working for the time being, but it slows things down considerably, and ups the chance of a mistake. DO you have any suggestions for a work-around until an update is avalible?

At this time, no. I just spoke with development and this should be available in thenext couple of days.

Very nice. I appreciate the quick responses, and is there any way I could get an email when the patch comes out? If not, that's cool. Anyway, thanks a lot!
