I downloaded a recently purchased software, the demo ran fine. When I tried to put in the license # in it, and it froze. Now I can't even open ShipRush.. How can I get it to work again??

Have not heard of this before, so these are shots in the dark for now:

When it freezes, is the splash screen frozen on the screen?
If you log into the PC as a different user on the PC, does it launch correctly?
If it does, can you try and re-enter the unlock code?

What is the OS of the pc in question?

It freezes when I open up shipRush. It says "Initailizing communications".. It dosen't do anything after that, it just freezes up.. I was thinking if I uninstalled it anf then installed again, but how do I do that?

Uninstall would be through Add\Remove Programs. Should see ShipRush v2 listed there.

Do you have any sort of firewall software running, like Norton or Zone Alarm? That may also be impacting ShipRush. Disable or close the firewall software and see if ShipRush launches. If it does, you may need to get ShipRush listed as an allowed application in the software.
