We currently ship via UPS online which has a division attached to each user for allocating costs per division. We need to be able to do the same with ShipRush, any ideas on how to get that accomplished?

Couple questions to understand how UPS Online does this:

- Does UPS Online have a spot or field where you put in a division number?
- How does a division number show up in the billing from UPS?

Yes, we have tge 1st reference field named as "Division" within Campus Ship, and we assign the division field appropriatly per user. The invoice comes in just referencing the user and division.

The only option would be:

In Shipping Settings set the name and division all on the name line. We don't have an option to set a default for the reference line(s).

Could you elaberate on what the shipping setting is, are you talking in the universal client next to the contact record name?

This was posted in the ShipRush v3 Basic forum, so I thought we were talking about ShipRush, not OmniRush.

If OmniRush, the only option would be Virtual Tracks. One setup for each user or division. Please refer to the helpfile on Virtual Tracks at:

Well we're talking about Shiprush but from the umbrella of Omnirush, right? We actually purchased shiprush too.

You process your shipments from OmniRush. ShipRush is just the engine to communicate with UPS.

In that scenario, you would need to refer to the discussion on Virtual Tracks. That will you to setup a virtual track for each user.
