View Full Version : Error closing day for FedEx

I'm trying out the ShipRush for FedEx program. I processed 2 ground packages
today and tried to do the End of Day. I got the "Fatal Application Error
detected in Close Process" and and I found info on your website about it -
but no manifest printed and I have no manifest listed to print under the
"End of Day Paperwork" tab! If I try to close the shipping day again, no
packages are found.

What do I do? How do I get this to work? HELP! I really like your program
and intended to purchase it, but no manifest creates a problem.

Is it possible the manifest printer is not set in settings?

Some notes:

a) The end of day is automatic by FedEx. Your packages will go through OK.

b) If your driver does not require a manifest (many do not), no immediate problem (though of course we would like to get this covered)

c) If your driver requires a manifest, you could print out the shipping report from View | Shipments This should do the trick.

To work on the error, you may want to call in to tech support. It sounds like a problem on the PC.
