Using SR for FedEx ver. QB Pro 2003. Settings | Program Settings | CM Setting set to Use Invoice/SalesOrder/Sales Receipt (Hybrid).

Whether set to this setting or to QB Customer List, label fills with Sold To rather than Ship to info. Need label to fill with Shipping address rather than Sold to.

Help please.

Did this issue happen before updating to build 1039?

What do you have in the information for Ship To for an example? Things to check include proper city, state, zip notation (Seattle, WA 98122) and not spelled out with the state.

If you run a test with a contact, and have no address information in the Bill To\Sold To, does it then pull from the Ship To like it should?

This was not happening prior to installing Build 1039. The shipping address info is correct. It is pulling the Sold to address rather than the ship to. There are no keying errors.
