View Full Version : Demo Database Issue Still There...

Scott was looking into this issue for us, and I do not recall getting an answer.

On the fax server itself, we initially connected OmniFax to the demo database. We have since changed the administrator to use our production database, but we keep getting a message about Chris Huffmann when restarting the server. Any thoughts how to resolve this?

First thing I would check is the Startup folder on the PC. Make sure that OmniRush Universal Client is not there. If it is, remove it please.

The information was emailed to you on the specific of changing the PAD file information in OmniRush. Here it is again:

To change the PAD file being targetted by OmniRush Client Utils, you would need to modify the following files on the workstation(s):

program files\z-firm llc\omnirush\client\v5

These will contain a section called [Act2005]
Modify the path, username, and password as needed
Save and close the file(s)

Now the Client Utils will be looking at the correct database
