Just updated to v4 because International shipments now added. However, I am unable to process International shipments. The icon in the desktop tray does not list any International options; also, if I attempt to select a domestic option for an International address I get an error message:

"No address information available. Please check the address."

Template for Quickbooks is configured correctly, and domestic shipments seem to work properly.
