View Full Version : Ship Rush keeps brining up one single contact

When I open ACT and click on Ship Rush to creat a mailing label, the Ship Rush box opens up with another ACT contact with the one I am trying to send to. It keeps bringing up the same contact for everyone I want to send to. Any idea's?

Does this occur for any shipment type (making sure you did not create a new template that was already populated with contact information)?

If so, please try the following:
Resolution:
Reinstall the Z-Firm Plugin for Act on the problem PC with these steps:

- Close ShipRush
- Close ACT
- Delete "C:\Program Files\ACT\ACT for Win 7\Plugins\ZFActPlugin.dll"
- Restart ACT
- Restart ShipRush
- Follow any prompts
- Test operation
