View Full Version : Notify FedEx on Overnight or 2-day shipping

I am having a problem with Shiprush and Fedex. Federal express is saying that they require a phone call to be notified for an overnight or 2-day package. Doesn't ship rush interface directly with Fedex system? Wouldn't
they be aware of the package and its ready for pickup?

I need a resolution for my customer. Everyone must be having the same problem...

ShipRush does not notify FedEx about a shipment. It uploads the data to the FedEx servers.

If you do not have Daily Pickup Service you would need to contact FedEx to notify them.

Is there anyone to notify them for a pickup electronically? That would be a great feature for your product.

At this time, it is not an available feature to us from FedEx.

It has already been passed along to development as a suggestion.
