We change the ship from fields to our customers address on blind drop shipments.

It look like shiprush FedEx is using the ship from address we are putting in to calculate shipping charges instead of the actual ship from address.

Shiprush UPS is not doing that (according to our shipping dept.).

Any way to get Shiprush FedEx to use the actual shipping address to calculate shipping charges like Shiprush UPS does?

This is a tricky zone.

The normal approach is to leave the city/state/zip to be your actual (shipment origination) coordinates, and just change the company/contact/phone to your customer's info.

ShipRush for FedEx takes you literally, and what you enter as the FROM will go on the label AND be used for rating and routing codes. You do not want to mess with this, as the routing codes will be off.

ShipRush for UPS is a bit more, er, stupid, in this respect, which in your case is beneficial. However, you should use the same approach for all carriers:

a) Just change the company, contact, and phone

b) Leave the address, city / state / zip to the physical origination of the shipment.

This is important so that returns and problems can be properly directed to you, for rating, and for routing.

Or not have it print the address on the shipping label? Company/Name/phonenumber would be ok...

No, sorry. This is not possible.

No, the shipping carriers require a complete FROM address on the label.

Frankly, the carriers themselves may get on your case if the FROM physical address is incorrect. While folks do it all the time, it does violate the rules of the carriers.
