View Full Version : Unable to connect to Act 2005

I am unable to conncect to ACT 2005 when using FedEx ShipRush.
If I run Stand Alone it will let me use the FedEx ShipRush, but not with ACt 2005. I am attatching the error message.

What is the exact error you get when launch ShipRush?

If you close Act! and re-launch it, does it work correctly?

I don't get an error message. Nothing happens. The FedEx Ship rush does not open when i have selected the "i am running the right contact manager now". When I use the "run stand alone" option, the FedEx ShipRush launches corretly. I don't know if i have to reinstall FedEX ShipRush. If i do could you provide steps on how to that and then i could reinstall it again.

The reason ShipRush is not seeing your Act! environment could be due to a corruption in the plugin.

Reinstall the Z-Firm Plugin for Act on the problem PC with these steps:
- Close SR
- Close Act
- Delete "C:\Program Files\ACT\ACT for Win 7\Plugins\ZFActPlugin.dll"
- Restart ACT
- Restart the SR
- Follow any prompts
- Test operation

If this was working before and just stopped, what changes occurred on the PC?
