I have been using ShipRush for UPS for a few months now and just recently I have noticed that ShipRush seems to be duplicating tracking numbers that were used earlier in March. Customer are getting very confused with this. I normally ship out about 50 packages a day with ShipRush and was hoping that I can get this issue resolved quickly to prevent any further confusion. If someone can help that would be great. Thank you.

Also make sure you are running on the latest ShipRush version.
