and this may be a stupid question.. but how do i find shiprushserver.log?
im still having the same error message.. thank you!

found the shiprushserver.log folder the error in it reads
List Mail connection error

and also says

(TUPSCommunicator.ReceiveMail) Error

There is no direct way to find out if a mailbox has been deleted. If ShipRush says 'account / mailbox not found' then the mailbox ShipRush created at installation time is gone.

The typical causes are:

a) ShipRush is installed, then not used for two months or so (and the UPS system automatically deletes unused mailboxes)

b) ShipRush is installed on two PC's as stand alone. Each now has its own mailbox. Then PC 'B' is pointed to 'A' as the ShipRush server PC. All is well. Then PC 'A' is retired (replaced, removed, etc.) and PC 'B' is pointed back to itself.... but its mailbox is gone because it was not used for so long
