We are using Build 4.0.0.1084. Our settings are set to Pro/Premier/Enterprise 2002-2006 | Use Invoice/Sales Order/Sales receipt. (Hybrid Mode).

As SR reads the QB data, it is inserting the Sold To buyer's name, not the Ship To name. Street addess, CSZ are correct - just wrong name.

Ideas/suggestions?

Please indicate the Ship To Address information and Sold To address information (from the QB screens).

I know that development was working on updating this behavior and am not sure if that was implemented in build 1084.

Are you asking for screen shots?

Either screenshots or just the text of the Sold To / Ship To windows (you can change the names if you wish).

I would just like to see how the data is entered to see if I can replicate. Also, what build\version of QuickBooks are you running?

Names Changed to protect customer's identity

Sold To:
Franklin County
Debra Johnson
P O Box 300
South Lake, WI 54961

Ship To:
Mike Appleseed
209 S. Saint Catherine St.
South Lake, WI 54961

The Ship To street and CSZ passed OK but we got Debra's name in the Ship To Name field.

I put the same data into my QB environment, and was unable to replicate.

Please take a screenshot of the data in the QB customer list as well as the invoice and send those to support at zfirmllc dot com. Save as a low resolution bmp. There must be something else throwing the data off for ShipRush.

Thank you,
