View Full Version : Stone Edge Order Manager and Ship Date

After printing a label, Shiprush does not appear to be passing the correct shipdate back to Stone Edge Order Manager. For example... if I print a label with tomorrow's date, today's date is passed back to Order Manager with the tracking number, service type, cost, etc. This is causing all sorts of problems for us and our customers.

Have you reported this issue to the makers of Stone Edge?

We will not be able to assist on these forums as that is an SDK related issue.

Yes, they said that it sounded like the wrong date value was being passed from Shiprush.

Then that is something that Stone Edge and our engineers need to discuss, not you and I.

I will alert our development group to contact Stone Edge directly. Once resolution is available, you should be contacted by Stone Edge.

We have made contact with the Order Manager guys. It looks like they now have a handle on the issue.
