Hello,
We have emailed you before on this subject. We can not get the email verification to pull the email addresses from our quickbooks. We were told from you to check certain settings, and we went through all of those requests. We also have tried setting up the shiprush on two other computers and it works on those computers. I am wondering could it possibly be the computer version I am working on?
Please respond ASAP!

We have not seen this issue with computer version (OS). Typically this is based on settings in ShipRush and QuickBooks.

On the troublesome PC does ShipRush pull in the phone # and not the email address?

Things to check:
Verify that in QuickBooks | Edit | Preferences | Integrated Applications | Company Preference Tab - ShipRush v3 is listed
In ShipRush | Settings | Program Settings | CM Settings
- Correct version of QuickBooks is selected (will not read phone or email address out older versions of QuickBooks, like 2001 and older, nor Basic versions)
